Celtic captain Scott Brown has had a humorous social media dig at one of his Hoops team-mates.
Brown took to Instagram to suggest that he and his Hoops team-mates need to tell Mikey Johnston ‘how to kneel’, as he is pictured crouching before Celtic’s match against Sarajevo.
Perhaps more importantly, Brown also felt that Celtic’s 3-1 win in Sarajevo was a ‘great result’. That great result was in part down to the player he had a humorous dig at, Johnston.

With the Hoops struggling to get a foothold in the game and a goal down, a Johnston thunderbolt brought Celtic back into the game.
From then on, they didn’t look back.
Brown and Johnston might be at different stages of their Celtic careers. However, they could both be extremely important players for the Hoops this season.

Brown, the veteran captain, will be expected to lead the Hoops to another title, which would of course be Celtic’s ninth in a row.
Meanwhile, Johnston is just at the beginning of his Hoops career. But so far, he has taken his good form of last season into this season, if his goal against Sarajevo is anything to go by.
Celtic’s season has got off to a good start with the win against Sarajevo. For that to continue, look for Brown and Johnston to be key men.
