Celtic legend Scott Brown is at Easter Road today to watch two of his old clubs go head-to-head in the Scottish Premiership.
The former Hibernian and Celtic midfielder has a bit of spare time on his hands these days after his exit from Fleetwood Town earlier in the season so he’s in town to see Brendan Rodgers’ side shoot for three points.
Brown has been something of a regular visitor to Easter Road of late, also pulling on a Hibs shirt to play in David Gray’s testimonial match against a Manchester United Select side earlier this month.
Photo agency SNS snapped him pre-match with Hibs attacker Martin Boyle and no doubt Brown has taken time to catch up with some of his former teammates at Celtic, as well as Brendan Rodgers who he enjoyed immense success with as captain of the club.
Scott Brown linked with return to management
It comes after reports from Iceland this week that Brown is in line to become the next manager of KR Reykyajvik.
Outlet Fotbolti reported on Thursday that KR have spoken to Brown about potentially taking charge of the club, although they are fielding discussions with a wide range of candidates.
Brown had a solid debut season as a manager at Fleetwood, which included their best-ever FA Cup run, before a difficult start to this campaign. It’d be fantastic to see him back in management or coaching as soon as possible.

It’d also be a brave and intriguing choice for him to move abroad for his next challenge.
Celtic fans will be watching with interest wherever he ends up.
