Andy Robertson gave an answer to a question this week that Celtic fans will appreciate.
The Liverpool left-back is a boyhood Celtic supporter and grew up dreaming of playing for the Bhoys one day.
The Scotland captain still has that ambition, so will we see Robertson adorn the green and white hoops in the near future?
Robertson was approached by Liverpool’s club media as they asked several members of the Premier League champions’ first-team squad what the best free-kick they’ve ever seen live is.
And Robertson chose the perfect answer.

Robertson says Nakamura’s free-kick vs Man Utd is the best ever
Robertson responded without hesitation that Shunsuke Nakamura’s sensational free-kick against Manchester United is the best he’s seen in the flesh.
Nakamura’s stunning strike with his left foot was enough that glorious night to beat United 1-0 at Celtic Park in the Champions League.
In the clip posted on Liverpool’s official X account, Dominik Szoboszlai gave his answer and then told the cameraman to ask Robertson.
He then stopped and said: “Shunsuke Nakamura. Celtic against Man United at Celtic Park.”
Nakamura retired aged 44 in 2022
Nakamura was a special player for Celtic, making 88 appearances and scoring 23 goals across four years in Glasgow.
He went on to play for Espanyol, Yokohama F. Marinos, Jubilo Iwata and finally Yokohama FC from July 2019 until his retirement.
His longevity was incredible having started his professional career in 1997 with Marinos, Ange Postecoglou’s former club in Japan.
