Celtic are set to face Rangers at Hampden on Sunday at 130pm. It is the biggest game of the season for both clubs and, so far, Celtic have had the upper hand in all but one of the meetings between the two clubs.
It could be argued that in the last three Glasgow Derby fixtures Celtic were not at their brilliant best. But the team still came away with favourable results to tie up the league and win the league cup.
And Sky Sports’ Andy Walker offered a very honest and refreshing reason why he thinks Celtic will be victorious again this Sunday.

Speaking on The Go Radio Football Show, Walker said, “I think Celtic will win. They’ve got all the better players, I think they’ve got the players that can make a difference and in Kyogo they’ve got a striker who continually scores on the big occasion.
“And I think they’ve got players who are very experienced, very used to winning, especially at Hampden, and it’s up to Rangers to come up with something different.
“They’ve tried a lot of things against Celtic. I think they’ve played some good football at times.
“I thought the praise they got at the 3-2 defeat at Celtic Park just recently, thought that was maybe too much. I didn’t think Celtic were ever out of control.

“Celtic weren’t at their best, but they still won the game. And whatever happens at the weekend, I expect one or two of those special Celtic players to make the difference and be a match-winner.”
Celtic have an abundance of match winners
Looking throughout the team, we have players who have that match-winning mentality. Alistair Johnston and Cameron Carter-Vickers have the grit and determination to keep it tight at the back.
Callum McGregor has never lost a Hampden final in his career. Reo Hatate and Jota can produce that bit of match-winning magic and then there’s Kyogo. What can you say about him that hasn’t been said already?
As long as we play to our strengths we should make it past Rangers and into the final on 3rd June.
