Some Celtic fans have offered Olivier Ntcham a little bit of advice after the midfielder posted about next week’s league derby against Rangers on Twitter.
Neil Lennon’s men face the Gers at Celtic Park next Sunday, but only after they take on Aberdeen and St. Mirren. However, Ntcham is already looking ahead to the derby clash as he took to his favourite social media platform to say: “Derby coming soon”.

The message was probably pretty innocent on the midfielder’s part. Perhaps it wasn’t even him who directly posted it. But some Celtic fans were very quick to reply, and let him know that he must focus on the two games we have first.
Ntcham was sent off away to the Buddies last year so perhaps he should just focus on putting in a good display in Paisley on Boxing Day.

Of course, there were a few fans who pondered if the midfielder had actually meant another big derby due to take place in the New Year. Against Partick Thistle.

Tweet gives a fitting snapshot of Ntcham’s mind
The tweet sent out by Ntcham, or his associates, just reflects what lots of Celtic fans have been saying about him virtually since he signed. The midfielder loves the big stage and often plays his best football in matches against Rangers or in UEFA competition.
One of his problems has been bringing the same level of performance to so-called smaller games, like at St. Mirren. As previously mentioned, the Frenchman was sent off in Paisley after a couple of daft bookings. You doubt he would have done the same thing in a high-octane fixture.

The tweet shows that his mind has perhaps wandered off a little to December 29th, and that can’t be allowed to happen. Hopefully he takes on board what many Celtic fans have said and screws the nut for our next two games.
The midfielder is an unbelievable talent, and he’s starting to find a little consistency too. If he can just get his mentality right he’ll be unplayable, and undroppable.
