Some Celtic fans react to Armstrong Oko-Flex’s debut

Celtic fans seem pretty pleased with their first glimpse of Armstrong Oko-Flex. The talented teenager was unleashed for the first team during the Hoops’ 6-1 friendly victory over SC Pinkafeld.

The 17-year-old played the full match and put in a pretty good display. He capped his impressive afternoon off by scoring a slick fourth goal – and that led to some Celtic fans paying him some very nice compliments.

Of course the youngster still has a long way to go until he can be considered as a genuine first-team candidate. However, he will have given Neil Lennon some food for thought ahead of the upcoming tour matches.

The midfielder seemed to float in between midfield and attack, having some neat touches and good movement. He also showed a tireless work effort out of possession – something which is sure to please his manager.

And it wasn’t just his footballing ability that caught the imagination of some supporters.

Judging by his first impression in the green and white hoops, Armstrong Oko-Flex is a name a lot of football fans will be hearing. So far so good for the talented 17-year-old.
