Some Celtic fans have reacted in typical fashion after the club announced that Celtic Park would be included in the video game PES 2020.
The famous all-seater stadium was added to the game for the first time last season with fans excited at the possibility of playing at a virtual Parkhead. This year the reaction seems a little bit different though.
Given the current bad feeling around the club following our Champions League exit to Cluj it was perhaps no surprise that some fans chose to mock the club following the announcement.

The reaction highlights the mood of Celtic fans
While the replies to the original tweet were mainly humorous they do just go to show the level of apathy at the club right now.
Celtic will have had contractual obligations to tweet out the news of the stadium being in PES2020. However, it doesn’t reflect too well on the club that they’re shouting about video games when the real life team is in dire need of reinforcements.

The club have to get their act together and sign at least three first-team players in the closing fortnight of the transfer window. Otherwise there may be nobody left inside Celtic Park this season.
