Celtic winger Lewis Morgan is a wanted man this January and some fans think an exit is best for all concerned.
As reported by STV, St Mirren manager Jim Goodwin has stated his desire to sign the player on loan in the upcoming transfer window.
The former defender is set to open conversations about a potential switch, having had no indication from the Hoops on whether he is currently available or not.
Morgan has struggled to cement himself as a regular starter in the Hoops first-team, although has regularly featured on Neil Lennon’s bench throughout the season.
His last start came in September against Partick Thistle in the Scottish League Cup.
With reports from Australia suggesting we are looking to extend Daniel Arzani’s loan deal, is there any future for Morgan at Celtic Park?
The Scotland international hasn’t really taken the most of his opportunities and there are definitely valid questions about whether he has the quality needed.

Loan moves have proven successful for other talents not finding their feet at the club, with the most notable example perhaps being Ryan Christie.
Some supporters certainly seem keen on his exit, with suggestions a permanent move would even be preferable.
