The Celtic first-team are currently in Portugal continuing their preparations for the new season.
For the majority, it’s the start of the second week of training, while our international stars are enjoying (or enduring) their first day back.
The players underwent two sessions in the Algarve on Monday, with the official Twitter account describing the afternoon session as “tough.” (Celtic)
Callum McGregor was seen in the tweet’s attached image, while the likes of Greg Taylor, Hyeongyu Oh, Daizen Maeda, Carl Starfelt and Liel Abada have also been snapped in action.
Fan favourite Reo Hatate is also with the team. An image of the midfielder was shared by the club on Twitter on Monday evening.
The tweet was a popular one with the Celtic support — racking up over 1,500 likes in half an hour.

While it’s great to see these big names enter the fold under Brendan Rodgers, there are still a few stars who we haven’t seen evidence of yet.
Alistair Johnston is one such player. The full-back returned from injury for the final two games of last season then played twice for Canada last month. It’s not clear if he’s back with the team yet.
Cameron Carter-Vickers is another one not seen in training yet, but he is reportedly ahead of schedule in his return from knee surgery.
The other notable one is star-striker Kyogo Furuhashi. He’s another who had some international commitments in June.

Anthony Ralston updates have also been at a premium recently, while new signings Marco Tilio and Odin Thiago Holm haven’t been tweeted about in training either.
That’s not to say that these players aren’t in Portugal right now with their team-mates.
It’s very early days. We should hopefully hear more from the club as the week goes on.
In other news, seven youngsters have been given a big chance to shine in Portugal
