Celtic fan group The Green Brigade have posted the annual video that celebrates their displays, travels and support of the Hoops.
This has become something of a tradition in the offseason.
The 2019/20 edition is as colourful as you’d expect, giving a closer look at some of the tifos they’ve put together this year, accompanied by a thumping soundtrack and other visuals from across the campaign.
During the ongoing pandemic, the group have been active in support of the NHS across Scotland, raising money and putting together hampers for frontline staff dealing with the public health crisis.
Those efforts, more important than football, make it easy to forget the vibrancy and noise they bring to Celtic matches.
The video allows supporters to remember a time when the weeks flew by in anticipation of the Hoops taking to the field.
That’s something we’ll be able to experience again from August, though it may be quite a while before large groups like The Green Brigade return to Celtic Park to cheer on Neil Lennon’s Bhoys.
Predictably, the video is going down a treat with online supporters, many of whom can hardly wait for the action to the resume next month.
