Celtic have work to do if they are to reach the main phase of the Champions League.
The Hoops were held by Kairat Almaty in the first leg at Celtic Park on a night where the fans turned sour.
Large portions of the Celtic crowd chanted for the board to be sacked, with Brendan Rodgers cleverly responding to the sacking shouts.
Kairat were good value for their draw and had a strong side that included Valeri Gromyko.
Some noticed that Gromyko had received three yellow cards across the previous Champions League matches but was still allowed to play for the visitors.

Why Valeri Gromyko was allowed to play for Kairat vs Celtic
Champions League rules state that players who usually receive three yellow cards are handed with a one-match suspension.
However, these rules only apply during the main league phase instead of the qualifiers. Instead, the three bookings rule only applies for two rounds at a time, meaning Gromyko would’ve needed to have been booked in three of the four rounds.
This means that Gromyko was allowed to play against the Hoops and will be available for the second leg too.
Kairat Almaty wonder kid to miss Champions League second leg
One person who won’t be available for the second leg is the poster boy for Kairat Almaty, Dastan Satpaev.
The 17-year-old will join Chelsea on his 18th birthday and is one of the most exciting players to come from Kazakhstan in recent times.
It’s a small crumb of comfort ahead of a 7,000 mile trip to Almaty but Brendan Rodgers will still have to be at their best to win.
