Celtic may be struggling this season, but the value of their players is still not to be sniffed at.

A rebuild is expected at Celtic Park sooner rather than later and some of those on the list could be among the summer departures.

Wilfried Nancy needs these players to step up and make an impact as the Hoops manager faces a battle to save his job after four games in charge.

It may not be a surprise to see some of these players on the list, but which Celtic players have made the cut?

The Scottish Premiership’s most valuable players in 2025

Transfermarkt have always documented a list of the most valuable players across the leagues around the world.

They have done one for Scotland’s top flight too, where Celtic dominate with three players compared to the two from Rangers.

Reo Hatate, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Daizen Maeda are the three Bhoys that feature on the list.

Hatate took fifth spot and was valued at £10.5m, level with Nicolas Raskin, who was valued at the same price.

Carter-Vickers and Maeda then followed in third and second place and are valued at £11.4m and £12.3m respectively.

Number one on the list is Rangers’ Mikey Moore, who is valued at £14.1m. This is perhaps misconstrued, as he is only on loan, and also a surprise as he is still only 18, meaning Maeda is perhaps unlucky to not finish top.

Who are Celtic’s most valuable players?

As for the rest of the list, Celtic dominate the remainder of the top 10.

Arne Engels and Alistair Johnston round off the top five most valuable Celtic players at the end of the calendar year.

Kieran Tierney and summer arrival Benjamin Nygren are the two that complete the rest of the entire top 10, showcasing that there is plenty of value in this squad.

However, given the way that the Hoops have performed, this may be seen as a negative and that Celtic have spent too much money on players that are not delivering.
