A lot of fans are still angry about Brendan Rodgers leaving Celtic earlier this year.
The double treble winner had sights on a return to the English Premier League in February. The Irishman joined Leicester City in a bumper deal that was accepted by the Hoops board.
Despite an early bumpy start, Rodgers is currently one of the country’s in-form managers. Is this proving that he is making the right decision as bigger clubs may come calling?
Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic move best for his career
At Celtic, there wasn’t a lot that Rodgers hadn’t done since arriving in summer 2016.

Back to back trebles and a league cup is his legacy, turning a team of no users around to a formidable outfit.
The only downside is the European campaigns that could have been so much better. A bit of better game management especially when it comes to harder teams would have allowed Celtic to excel.
Furthermore, the board are rightly to blame too for not backing his ambitions.
Leaving Celtic continues to bring his critics to the fore, but Rodgers is now showing everyone why.

Leicester are sitting pretty in third place after seven games in the Premier League – two points from Man City. If he continues in this vain of form then there will be bigger teams looking to bring him in.
Irishman can attract the top flight English teams with record
The fans knew Rodgers would leave Glasgow, but not this early.
Supporters also believed that he would be able to walk in to a top four or six job in England. Eyebrows were raised and critics heightened when they realised it was little Leicester who he would be going to.

However, Rodgers is clearly using the one time champs as a stepping stone to prove he has what it takes down south. He is working wonders with the Foxes.
The likes of Arsenal and Manchester United are on a downward spiral – he could be their next gaffer.
Rodgers will get his shot again to manage a huge team. But, nobody would have expected it to fall on a plate for him so quickly.
