Celtic hero Tom Rogic hasn’t made a decision on which club he’ll be playing for next season but has ruled out a return to the A-League in Australia.
Rogic played his final game for the Bhoys at Celtic Park today, receiving an incredible goodbye from 60,000 supporters packed into the stadium.
Now, he’s excited to be embarking on a new challenge – but it won’t be in his homeland.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Australian broadcaster Channel 10, Rogic said when asked what is next: “I’m not sure yet. Now isn’t really the right time – I’ll just reflect on the career I’ve had here.
“I am ready for a new challenge and a change of scene is something that will motivate me. I’ll sit down with my agent in the coming weeks and discuss my options.
“Right now it’s just about what a great time I’ve had here and enjoying my last couple of days.”

The attacking midfielder was then asked directly about a potential return to the A-League and whether or not he could rule out becoming a marquee player.
Rogic, laughing it off, said: “Probably yeah [I can rule that out], that seems unlikely.”
Wherever he ends up, I’m sure it will attract the attention of Celtic supporters. He leaves the club a hero and we’re all looking forward to him making an impact at his next team.
I’m sure there’ll be a few highlight reels to add to his stunning collection at the Bhoys!
