Celtic unveiled their new adidas third kit on Friday morning.

Celtic teased its release with a post on Thursday evening, before publishing images and videos of the jersey on their official website and social media platforms.

As per Celtic’s official website, here’s how the club have described the effort: “Celtic FC’s Irish roots are firmly planted in football folklore.

“This adidas Third jersey celebrates those unbreakable bonds with eye-catching pastel shades inspired by the Irish tricolour flag, plus a bold interpretation of the club’s four-leaf clover badge.

“The off white jersey features pale green detailing inspired by tie-dye techniques for a fresh take on the hoops, plus orange piping and an embroidered bold clover.

“The kit is finished off with pale green shorts and matching socks, for an all-pastel look that’s perfect for seeing you through the summer months.”

So what do Celtic fans think of the new release? Well, it hasn’t gone down well with the majority, it has to be said.
