Toulouse striker Vakoun Bayo, on loan from Celtic, was front and centre of his team’s post-match celebrations at the weekend.
The Ligue 2 outfit secured a huge 3-0 home win against Amiens. It was a result that kept them to within three points of Troyes at the top of the tree.
Bayo would score the third goal of the game after coming on as a 70th-minute sub. He showed tremendous pace and composure to get on the end of a long ball and poke beyond the Amiens shot-stopper. As he continues to pick up form, it would prove to be the striker’s seventh goal of the campaign.
And the Celtic striker was right in about the post-match celebrations too, in a clip that showed just how much Vakoun is loving life in the South of France.
Toulouse spell keeping Celtic striker Vakoun Bayo in great spirits
In the clip, the footage focuses largely on Bayo being congratulated by several team-mates in the changing room. It was clear how much he was buzzing with his performance and the adulation.
He was again spotted having a joke with his team-mates before their traditional post-match chant ensued. After every winning performance it seems, Toulouse players appear to chant the names of the goalscorers. And as such Bayo’s name boomed through the dressing room as the big Ivorian used a metal case as makeshift drums.
You can watch the clip by clicking here. It was published on Toulouse’s official YouTube page as their hunt for promotion continues to pick up pace.

Bayo could yet find himself having secured promotion to Ligue 1 before he heads back to Parkhead. Toulouse only have 11 games remaining as well as a French Cup last-32 clash to come. He’ll undoubtedly be looking to bag well over double-digits in goals as well as more minutes too.
The big Ivorian has been in and out of the Toulouse side in recent weeks. Yet, if this footage is anything to go by, it shows there’s absolutely no disgruntlement in how he feels about the situation.
Hopefully, Vakoun can continue his fine form after a roaring appraisal from his team-mates.
In other news, a Norwegian pundit has issued a massive summer warning for this Celtic star.
