Celtic transfer target Matt O’Riley has not only passed his medical today but he’s also been seen checking in at Celtic Park to sign up with the club this afternoon.
Sky Sports reported this lunchtime that the player successfully came through his Celtic medical this morning as the Bhoys continue negotiations with his club MK Dons and the player himself.
Now, Football Scotland are carrying a photo of the player arriving at Celtic Park with his representatives to presumably put the finishing touches to proceedings ahead of an announcement.

The fee for O’Riley is reported to be £1.5m [Daily Mail]. That’s not a bad profit at all on a player MK Dons signed for free last year after the player left Fulham.
With seven goals and six assists already this season, it’s clear Celtic are getting a central midfielder with an end product in the final third.
He’ll be competing for places with Reo Hatate, Tom Rogic and David Turnbull over the coming months as Ange Postecoglou rounds out his attacking options.
After the failed pursuit of Riley McGree, the Celtic boss clearly felt he needed more depth in that area. It bodes well for our push in three competitions between now and May.
I wonder what other positions the manager is looking to strengthen before the end of January. It’s clear he won’t be giving away much to the media as the club identify targets.
A couple of more surprises in the defensive areas would certainly go down well with supporters. Fingers crossed.
