Celtic will look to build where they left off on Wednesday night in a resolute 2-1 win over St Mirren at Celtic Park.
With Celtic managing to find a late winner through super sub Hyeon-gyu Oh on Wednesday, manager Brendan Rodgers will face the dilemma over whether to the start South Korean Striker against Ross County. Oh’s goal against St Mirren was his first of the season meaning the safe bet is with Rodgers to start the ever reliable Kyogo Furuhashi.
Ross County go into the game without a win since September against Kilmarnock in a 1-0 victory at Rugby Park for the Staggies. Dingwall over the years though has proved a tough ground to travel to for the Hoops, with Celtic scoring late winners in recent seasons, through Anthony Ralston and Moritz Jenz.
Rodgers showed midweek he is not afraid to change up his starting 11, giving starts to Nat Phillips, David Turnbull, and James Forrest. This suggests a good chance that he might do the same, resting players for the game in Spain away from home against Atletico Madrid.

Joe Hart retains his place in goal. Alistair Johnston will most likely start at right-back with an outside chance he may be rested for Anthony Ralston with Tuesday’s clash against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League in mind. Cameron Carter-Vickers was surprisingly rested against St Mirren midweek but should return with Nat Phillips dropping to the bench. Liam Scales continues at the heart of defence after yet another impressive performance. Greg Taylor is the most likely of the back four to start tomorrow with Rodgers favouring the Scottish international over Alexandro Bernabei.
In midfield, Reo Hatate’s spot is still up for grabs, with Odin Thiago Holm, David Turnbull, and Paulo Bernardo in contention to start. Holm looks set to start after a vital assist for Oh against St Mirren. Turnbull may consider himself unlucky not to be in the starting 11 after scoring on Wednesday, but Holm looked to have more creative threat off the bench. Matt O’Riley and Callum McGregor will both start alongside Holm having formed a formidable partnership in the middle of the park for Celtic.
Up front, Daizen Maeda will return to the starting line up after a rare rest midweek saw him benched. Luis Palma and Yang Hyun-Jun are in competition for the left-wing spot with Yang likely to get the nod after his impressive cameo, which saw him link up well with Greg Taylor.
Kyogo Furuhashi will start despite competition from Oh, although Kyogo has failed to score in successive games for the Hoops.
Your predicted XI in full is: Hart, Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Scales, Taylor, McGregor, Holm, O’Riley, Maeda, Yang, Kyogo.
