Pep Guardiola will go down as one of the greatest coaches of all time.
The Manchester City manager is regarded highly by many across the world, including those in his circles, such as Celtic manager, Brendan Rodgers.
Rodgers’ dominance in Scotland has been crazy, but it’s nothing like what Guardiola has produced in his career, including winning the ultimate Treble (Title, European Cup and domestic cup) on two occasions in his career.
That’s why Celtic’s man in the dugout once described the three-time Champions League winner as a ‘pioneer’ of management.
And it’s also why, when given a chance, many upcoming and wannabe coaches want to work alongside Guardiola, as one Celtic Invincible will now be handed that chance.

Former Celtic coach Kolo Toure to join Manchester City
Kolo Toure played for Celtic during the club’s most dominant period under Rodgers, before moving into the Irishman’s coaching set-up.
But now, the former centre-back is going to work alongside Guardiola at Manchester City, after the conclusion of the upcoming 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in America.
Initially, Toure wasn’t going to be part of Guardiola’s shake-up at the Etihad, but there seems to be a bit of a u-turn, and he will now join up with Spainiard, according to the Daily Mail.
It also notes the reshuffle of Man City’s backroom staff, which includes Jurgen Klopp’s former assistant, Pep Lijnders, joining the Champions League side.
Toure’s unforgettable stint as manager
Some are just built to be coaches, and part of set-ups, rather than taking the main gig themselves, as Toure might have fallen down that road.
As of this moment, the 44-year-old is still learning, and it remains to be seen if he will head back in as the first-team manager, but his first and only stint was a nightmare.

Toure didn’t last long at League One side Wigan and was out of the door as quickly as he entered it.
There has been a bit of a Celtic connection to that Wigan role because former winger Shaun Maloney was recently sacked by the English side.
