Johnny Kenny’s loan moves including Queen’s Park

Kenny has made two loan switches throughout his career so far, both after signing permanently for Celtic.

His first was a season-long loan move to Queen’s Park in August 2022. However, it was cut short in the January after an unsuccessful period. Kenny scored no goals in 12 games for the Spiders.

His next two loans with Shamrock Rovers were way more fruitful. He first moved there in December 2022 before a second spell starting in January 2024.

Across his time at the LOI Premier Division side, Kenny scored 26 goals and provided eight assists in 76 appearances.

Across the first half of the 2024/25 season, Shamrock Rovers loanee Kenny was on fire in the Europa Conference League league phase.
