Celtic boss Neil Lennon faces a bit of a selection dilemma for Saturday’s league opener against St Johnstone. Naturally that will be a big occasion at Celtic Park. The league flag will be unfurled, after all.
But when it comes to the actual game, it pales in comparison to the one that follows. That is Celtic’s midweek trip to Romania to play Cluj.
Victory would be colossal result

That is undeniably Celtic’s biggest game of the season so far. A win would set the Hoops up for European football after Christmas, preferably in the Champions League.
Whilst a defeat would leave the Hoops perhaps facing the Europa League group stages for the second year in a row.
Neil Lennon will know how important the game against Cluj is, therefore he should pick his team to face St Johnstone accordingly.
Attacking duo should start

The likes of Marian Shved and Leigh Griffiths should start the game against St Johnstone, as you have to say they are probably on the fringes to start against Cluj.
What happens to Scott Brown will be interesting. He was one of the few first-team regulars who started the 2-0 win over Nomme Kalju. Neil Lennon will probably select him for the St Johnstone clash, as he is one of the most important players in the side.
However, it would be a good idea if he only player for around an hour in the game.
No matter the team selected on the day, the Hoops should have enough quality to defeat the Saints. However, the Cluj game is the priority, and should be treated as such.
