Celtic fans will be hoping that the club will soon start to spend the £25 million that the club received from Arsenal for Kieran Tierney.
It will be interesting to see what positions the Hoops spend the money on. Left-back naturally will be one of them. But perhaps centre-back will be to. Especially if Lille make another move for Jozo Simunovic.
Centre-back could be on wanted list

Therefore, Celtic boss Neil Lennon might decide to sign a centre-back, and there is one that could be an ideal candidate – Hibs’ Ryan Porteous.
Porteous has just returned to full fitness after a lengthy knee injury. But in his short time as a Hibs first-team regular he has shown plenty of attributes needed to become a top class defender.
Does not shirk from a challenge

He does not shirk from any challenges, which is a good thing about a centre-back. At only 20, he has plenty of time to iron out the rough edges of his game.
It should also be remembered that Porteous was given his chance in the Hibs first-team by Lennon when he was the manager at Easter Road.
As his contract runs until 2023, Hibs would want big money for the player. Celtic have the money available now, although it is unrealistic to expect the club to spend the entire £25 million.
But should Lennon want to sign Porteous, the money is there to bring him to Celtic. It will be interesting to see if he is on the list of transfer targets.
