Not everyone makes the cut at Celtic.
For every successful signing made by the Hoops, there is one that doesn’t live up to the hype.
Some need to leave Celtic Park in order to rediscover their best form and others should never have made the move in the first place.
A common theme is when Premier League clubs send their youngsters to Parkhead, thinking they will walk into the side.
One player learned the hard way, but is now finding his feet under former Celtic loanee, Robbie Keane.
Daniel Arzani failed at Manchester City and Celtic
Australia has been a mixed bag when it comes to recruitment for Celtic.
Tom Rogic went on to become a legend whereas Marco Tilio flopped and spent more time out on loan than he did playing. Daniel Arzani falls into that bracket.
After catching the eye of Manchester City, Arzani was sent to Celtic on a two-year loan to harness his skills.

However, Brendan Rodgers waited until October 2018 to hand him a first senior appearance against Dundee before he suffered an ACL injury.
He would only go on to make one more appearance for the Hoops, under Neil Lennon against Partick Thistle in the Scottish Cup.
That was as good as it got before he returned to Man City, where he never made an appearance.
Daniel Arzani is now back in Europe at Ferencvaros
Arzani failed to make an impact in Europe and eventually returned to Australia to sign for Mcaarthur FC in 2022.
The winger showed signs of what he was about and then signed for Melbourne Victory, where he helped them reach the A-League Grand Final.
Even though they didn’t win, Ferencvaros boss Keane had seen enough and signed the 26-year-old for the Hungarian giants.
So far, he has played in three games, scoring a hat-trick in the cup against Szarvaskend on his first start.
