Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers already has his January window priorities locked in as the Bhoys look to build from a position of strength.
The Irishman spent over £30 million as the Bhoys made eight summer signings, but there is always a desire to improve on solid foundations at a club where winning is imperative.
On the transfer front, Josh Brownhill and Lennon Miller are Celtic targets in midfield, while there have also been a fair share of names bandied around as the reigning Scottish Premiership champions look to progress both domestically and in Europe.

Booking a slot in the Champions League playoffs will likely put Celtic at a unique vantage point when seeking out potential incomings, which would be aided significantly by three points against Club Brugge this evening.
Regardless of matchday taking precedence, Brendan Rodgers has reportedly identified two key areas he would like to bolster during the mid-season window.
Brendan Rodgers wants a left winger and another striker at Celtic
According to The Daily Mail, Rodgers is said to have set his sights on a left winger and bringing in a young third striker to offer support to Kyogo Furuhashi and Adam Idah.
With Celtic holding £77 million in the bank, the Irishman is keen to strike while the iron is hot after previously abandoning his mission to sign another centre-forward due to more pressing issues during the summer.
Bolstering the flanks is also on his agenda, with James Forrest, Hyunjun Yang and Luis Palma providing competition behind Daizen Maeda and Nicolas Kuhn.
The report also hints that Palma could attract interest from clubs due to his international exploits as he continues to be a bit-part player at Parkhead.
Who could Celtic look to pursue in January?
Assessing the possibility of a winger and striker coming in, one man who fits the bill immediately is Brondby forward Mathias Kvistgaarden.
Celtic have Kvistgaarden back on their shortlist after a return of 13 goals and five assists in 20 appearances across all competitions, while his versatility across the final third would also appeal.
Rodgers targeted Royal Antwerp left winger Michel-Ange Balikwisha during the summer, but it remains to be seen if the Bhoys’ interest will be reignited amid his long-term injury setback.
Adding another profile to the list, Celtic have scouted Hammarby talent Bazoumana Toure, but he is also attracting attention from the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Bundesliga sides.
Whether they opt to pursue any of the trio mentioned is up for debate, but there is certainly movement starting to come to light ahead of January.
