Isak Jansson and Terem Moffi, both targeted by Celtic in the last 12 months, are set to leave OGC Nice.
New boss Olivier Pantloni doesn’t have either of the pair in his plans, with the situation described as “urgent”.
Jansson was targeted as a replacement for Nicolas Kuhn last summer, having excelled at Rapid Wien just as the German did.
Moffi, on the other hand, was a striker targeted for a loan move by Martin O’Neill in January, ultimately choosing to join FC Porto.

Nice-Matin report that Jansson could leave in the coming days, with EFL Championship clubs showing interest.
He scored in their 4-0 friendly win over Nimes at the weekend.

Moffi’s situation is more serious, with the player’s camp in an active feud with Nice. He is refusing to play in their pre-season friendlies.
Celtic have already dealt with a Nigerian striker during this window, with the news of Kelechi Iheanacho’s move to Bursaspor coming as a major blow to Martin O’Neill.
Moffi became Nice’s record signing in 2023 when he joined from Lorient in a package worth €30 million; he remains their most expensive-ever addition.
After a solid goalscoring record over his first 18 months with the club, he suffered an ACL tear which significantly disrupted his momentum.
His loan at Porto last season saw him reunited with ex-Nice boss Francesco Farioli, but after just two goals in 15 appearances, his £8 million purchase option wasn’t triggered.
Jansson, meanwhile, made a €10 million move to the Ligue 1 club last summer, but scored just once in 31 appearances.
