Celtic are reportedly admirers of Lazio duo Gustav Isaksen and Matteo Cancellieri.
Isaksen is a Celtic target of yesteryear; having been targeted by Brendan Rodgers in the summer of 2024.
No winger was forthcoming for the Hoops that summer, with Rodgers being made to wait for the return of Jota six months later.
Isaksen made a €14 million move to the Italian giants three years ago, and has been hot and cold during his career in Rome.

Celtic ‘admirers’ of Lazio’s Gustav Isaksen and Matteo Cancellieri
According to Italian journalist Lorenzo Canicchio of Gazzeta Regionale, Lazio are willing to listen to offers for the duo, who are both “admired” by Celtic.
A huge price tag of €15 million is named, though Canicchio stresses that it can be negotiated downward.

Both Isaksen and Cancellieri are left-footers who primarily play off the right flank.
They frequently swapped places between the starting XI and substitutes bench last season as Lazio slumped to a disappointing ninth-place finish in Serie A.
They have recently completed the appointment of Gennaro Gattuso to replace Maurizio Sarri; if the wingers are left out of the club’s plans then a loan could become possible.
Cancellieri was brought to Lazio for £7.5 million in the same summer as Isaksen, but has spent time on loan at Parma and Empoli.
In Celtic’s winger department, Joel Mvuka’s loan has expired, Daizen Maeda is set to leave and Michel-Ange Balikwisha is frozen out.
Parkhead chiefs will be hoping that the recruitment groundwork done over recent months by Shaun Maloney will provide better results this summer.
O’Neill has already discussed the importance of recruitment after agreeing a permanent stay in Glasgow, with European qualifiers ahead.

Martin O’Neill on Celtic recruitment for Champions League play-off
Asked by Track Radio about the importance of recruitment for Europe after his permanent appointment: “Absolutely, [recruitment is going to be key]. You’ve nailed it. It’s exactly right.
“We get a two-legged qualification game towards the end of August time.
“The teams that you felt you could definitely beat in, let’s say, early November, you would find really difficult to beat in, let’s say, the second or third week in August, because of the match advantages that they would have over you.
“So yeah, it’s fraught with difficulty in that sense. Celtic failed last year to make it [against Kairat], probably in two games where they would’ve been expecting to go through.
“So I will be concerned, but as you say, excited at the same time that there’s an opportunity for that.”
