English Premier League side Everton are the latest team to express an interest in Celtic star Odsonne Edouard, Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol has reported tonight.
Solhekol reckons the Merseyside club have sounded out the Bhoys about a deal for the player.
Sky Sports reported earlier that both Rubin Kazan and Bordeaux are keen on the player and willing to spend more than £15m on him.

However, with cash-rich English clubs now sounding out the Bhoys, Celtic are in an increasingly strong position. The Bhoys know Edouard has an expiring contract, but if multiple clubs are keen, it only drives the potential price up.
If all of this is legitimate and backed up by formal bids, there’s actually no reason why the Bhoys won’t be able to get closer to £20m than £15m. That would be excellent business given the circumstances.
It could also even lead to increased investment back into the team before the end of the transfer window.
Manager Ange Postecoglou has said on multiple occasions that the club have contingency plans in place in the event that Edouard leaves Celtic this summer.
So we should really have no fear of selling as supporters. I back the manager’s ability to find a suitable replacement given the success of his attacking signings so far. Kyogo Furuhashi and Liel Abada have both been a breath of fresh air.
There are four days to go before the end of the transfer window. The rumours would suggest that Edouard is closing in on an exit. However, there’s a long way to go and nothing is ever completely straightforward with these kinds of deals.
For me, it’s time to take the money and move on, as pleasing as it would be to see the Frenchman stick around this season.
