For the moment, it looks like Kieran Tierney won’t be leaving Celtic. The Herald are reporting that Arsenal have withdrawn their interest in the player.
The report goes on to state that the Premier League club had a bid with various add-ons included in the deal rejected by the Hoops. For now, it seems that their pursuit of the player is over.
Fans are delighted

Unsurprisingly this news has delighted the Celtic support. The fans went on to social media to express their relief that the player won’t be leaving the Hoops at the moment.
One fan did caution however that other clubs may bid for the player. Here are some of the best reactions to the news that Tierney will be staying at Celtic:

The news that Tierney looks set to stay will be a real boost for the Hoops support. Therefore, there must have been a worry about him leaving. Especially as it was a Premier League side interested.
Club has stood firm

However, the Hoops have stood firm, and refused to accept any bid which they feel is below the true valuation of the player.
Obviously the situation could change over the next few weeks should Arsenal return with a new bid for the player. For now though, Tierney can concentrate on getting back to full fitness, and put his future on the back burner.
