Mikey Johnston is a man in demand at West Bromwich Albion.
Johnston made 93 appearances over eight years at Celtic, but with playing time significantly scattered, left the Hoops on loan in 2022.
When Brendan Rodgers returned, Johnston was reintegrated into the first team squad, but ended up being publicly criticised by the Hoops boss.
This led him to move on loan to the Championship side, who made the move permanent after the winger’s explosive form.
The Baggies are now receiving offers from all over the world for the Hoops academy product.

Ex-Celtic man Mikey Johnston rejects West Brom exit
Last summer, Johnston received a sensational offer from Flamengo, who publicly pursued his signature.
However, the deal fell through at the eleventh hour in a bitter blow to the Ireland international. Some reports claimed that fan backlash directly contributed to the collapse, but these have been contradicted.

Since then, Johnston has continued to be one of the best performers in the Championship in terms of dribbling and creative statistics, and that put him in the shop window again.
According to the Express & Star, Johnston turned down late interest from Turkish heavyweights Trabzonspor, who are locked in a title race in the Super Lig.
The Baggies paid £3 million to take the tricky winger from the Hoops in 2024, and will be hoping to make a healthy profit on that.
The report also says that the 26-year-old had enquiries from at least one Premier League club, but denied rumours of a late bid from Sheffield United.
A teammate of Liam Scales for the Republic of Ireland, Johnston will be keen to keep his playing time healthy with a crucial round of World Cup play-offs approaching in March.
Born and raised in Glasgow, Johnston was a Scotland youth international, but switched allegiance to Ireland in March 2023, eligible through his Derry-born Grandfather.

Flamengo president on push for Celtic’s Mikey Johnston
Despite talk of the move being cancelled due to fan unrest, Flamengo president Luiz Eduardo Baptista denied this to The Herald.
He said: “Why not Mikey Johnston? Because the club’s medical report said he would be fit to play for 1,800 minutes a season.
“How many has he played this season? 900. So am I going to bring in a player to play 900 minutes when I still have to play another 4,000 minutes?
“These are decisions you have to make. It’s not personal against the player. It’s for Flamengo.
“He may be a great athlete, a great professional, but for Flamengo’s needs, at this moment, in my opinion, he wasn’t ideal.”
