It is almost certain Greg Taylor will leave Celtic this summer, but will it be to PAOK?
Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers wants Taylor to stay at the club for next season as he wants the luxury of choosing between the former Kilmarnock man and Kieran Tierney.
Taylor has refused to sign new terms and in recent weeks, he’s been linked with an interesting switch to Greek side PAOK.
PAOK reportedly offered Taylor a two-year contract with a bumper salary last week, and it was said the club were ‘anxiously awaiting’ a response from the player.
Now, two reports have landed in quick succession that deliver conflicting updates.

Conflicting reports regarding Taylor’s move to PAOK
On Monday morning, The Celtic Way claimed that Taylor will join PAOK in the next 48 hours after a deal was agreed between the two parties.
They stated Taylor will put pen to paper on a two-year contract with the option to extend his stay in Greece by a further year.
But Greek publication Gazzetta published their own take on proceedings a few hours later and say ‘the case has been frozen in recent days; negotiations have stopped and there is no progress.’
They add that as a result, PAOK have begun to look at left-back alternatives in the case Taylor does not complete his move.
It is said that Taylor wants time to think about the move that of course will impact his wife and baby, who was born in February.
How much has Taylor been offered by PAOK?
As we reported last week, Taylor was said to have been offered a salary even greater than the package he currently earns at Celtic.
Taylor reportedly earns around £15,000 per week from the Parkhead club, which is the same as £6m defender Auston Trusty.
So without speculating too much, PAOK appear to be offering more than £20,000 per week to Taylor to join the club on a two-year deal plus the option to extend.
If that was to be the case, according to Salary Sport, Taylor would become one of the top five earners at the Greek side who finished 3rd in their top-flight last season.
