It has been reported that Arsenal are set to return with a second bid for Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney. The Daily Mail have revealed that the Premier League side will bid up to £19 million for the Hoops man.
The bid is not enough to match Celtic’s valuation of the player, which is reportedly £25 million.
Potential bid won’t be considered as enough

Celtic will undoubtedly reject any bid which falls below their valuation of the player. Therefore, they will consider the £19 million bid nowhere near enough for the player.
If Arsenal or any other club want to sign the Hoops mainstay they will need to meet the club’s asking price. Until that is met, Celtic should not even contemplate selling one of their most important players.

Demeble deal changed things
The days of Celtic not getting the money they want for their most important players were over as soon as they got almost £20 million for Moussa Dembele.

Any club that wants the player must be aware of that. Celtic naturally do not want to sell Tierney. He has been a key part of the squad that has won the ‘treble treble’.
However, every player has a price. If Tierney’s valuation is met, he will reluctantly be allowed to talk to the interested club.
Celtic’s valuation must be met though. At the moment, £19 million won’t be enough to tempt Celtic.
