Read MoreReport: Celtic-linked Solbakken set for Serie A move
Ola Solbakken will be a familiar name to the Celtic support by now.
The Bodo/Glimt winger caused Ange Postecoglou’s side all sorts of problems in the UEFA Conference League defeat to the Norweigan champions.
However, that rumour could be put to bed soon, with reports in Italy stating that Solbakken has agreed personal terms with Conference League finalists Roma.
As cited by Romapress, the winger has reportedly agreed on a five-year deal with Jose Mourinho’s side, with wages in the region of €700,000 per year.
However, both sides have yet to reach an agreement over a fee and have had their fair share of heated exchanges this year, having faced off four times in European competition.

It comes as no surprise to see Solbakken linked with clubs across Europe, and coming close to signing with a side like Roma.
The wide player is an extremely talented player, and like Celtic, the Italian side has clearly seen first-hand what he can offer if he is to join in the summer window.
After the previous heated exchanges between the two sides, who knows, maybe Ange Postecoglou’s side has a chance to nip in and try to bring him to the club.
But having already agreed terms, and the situation sounding Jota’s future still being unknown, it seems extremely unlikely that Solbakken will be anywhere near Glasgow this summer.
