We look at every Celtic player’s contract expiry date in the 2025/26 squad which includes the stars set to depart in summer 2026.

The 2025 summer transfer window closed on September 1, and it’s safe to say Celtic had a shocker. Despite targeting multiple players on deadline day, just one was secured in Sebastian Tounekti.

The Hoops are much weaker than they were at the end of last season, and all fingers should be pointed towards the Celtic board.

Adam Idah left for Swansea City on deadline day, while Stephen Welsh departed on loan to Motherwell. So it means the squad has a slightly different look.
