Celtic have made a habit out of leaving things until the very last minute this season and did it again.
The Hoops beat Livingston 2-1 as debutant Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain came off the bench to score the winner.
It was far more dramatic than it needed to be on Martin O’Neill’s 200th SPFL game in charge of the Bhoys as Marcelo Saracchi’s first-half goal looked like it would be the start of an onslaught.
Reo Hatate had other ideas though when he fouled Robbie Muirhead, who subsequently scored the resulting penalty.
Oxlade-Chamberlain had looked rusty, which was understandable, but then produced a moment of magic and became the latest Hoop to score on their debut.

Who are the three Celtic players who have scored on their debut?
Supporters didn’t have to wait long for another debutant to score his first goal in the green and white as the former England international got in on the act after Junior Adamu.
Adamu scored a 97th minute backheel against Dundee in the Scottish Cup on his debut.
The only other player to score on their debut was Kelechi Iheanacho, who was tasked with scoring an injury time winner from the penalty spot against Kilmarnock.

Should Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain start for Celtic against Kilmarnock?
After making an instant impact off the bench, the 32-year-old may have put himself in contention to start.
Arne Engels’ injury potentially opens up a spot in the team and Hatate didn’t do his chances any good by giving away the penalty.

Fitness may be a problem and Oxlade-Chamberlain won’t be in a position to play the full 90 minutes just yet.
However, at least 60 minutes may be feasible and he could find himself facing the infamous plastic pitch at Rugby Park.
