Bottle that up, Celtic fans, because it’s a moment to cherish.
After being 2-0 down in the first half against Kilmarnock, Celtic were facing another uphill task in a crucial weekend in the Premiership title race.
But it’s become the norm for the Hoops to produce late, late shows under Martin O’Neill, and this time around, Julian Araujo fired in a 97th-minute winner to the joyous scenes behind the Rugby Park goal.
And somewhere in Scotland, Alistair Johnston and Callum Osmand were enjoying another dramatic Celtic win, as they expressed on social media.

Alistair Johnston, Callum Osmand and Tomas Cvancara react to Celtic’s win over Kilmarnock
Johnston and Osmand are currently injured, and many are hoping that they will return to action before the end of the season.
But in the meantime, they can only watch on from afar, with Johnston posting on his Instagram story ‘VAMOSSSSS 🤩’, after the full-time whistle blew.
On the other hand, Osmand expressed the feelings of many supporters, and that was ‘phew’, as he tagged Araujo in.
Tomas Cvancara, who played a part in Celtic’s win and was one of three players brought on at half-time, called his teammate a ‘last-minute hero.’
The Celtic players certainly enjoyed that. Can the team continue to score late goals?
Johnston and Osmand’s injury woes
Osmand is new to the scene, making his professional debut in Celtic colours during Martin O’Neill’s first spell in charge, including scoring against Rangers at Hampden.
But Johnston is Celtic’s starting right-back, and it has been a frustrating injury-hit campaign for the player, playing only 329 minutes.
Back in December, the Canadian international stated that he will be ‘ready for the second half of the season’, and ahead of the 2026 World Cup, which will be played in his home country.
Hopefully, that means sooner than later, he is back in action because it would be a big boost for the Hoops.
As for Osmand, he suffered a hamstring injury against FC Midtjylland in the Europa League in November, and it was a pretty bad one.
But he did undergo successful surgery, and once again, there is hope that he could also return for the end of the campaign.
