As expected, the game will be an early kick-off, as is a tradition for the derby.
Police Scotland usually insist on the matter, though there will be no crowds in place this time, nor are there likely to many people in pubs due to the pandemic.
Nonetheless, that’s the time that’s been set.
It had originally been set for Saturday 20th, but Sky Sports have moved it into the Sunday lunchtime slot.
Unfortunately, the derby could carry more meaning than usual. If both Celtic and Rangers win their league fixtures between now and then, Steven Gerrard’s side will have the chance to win the league on our own patch.
Celtic are no longer playing for the title but we do still have our pride and victory will be a must despite the way things have gone this season.
The Bhoys actually performed well at Ibrox in the last derby, but still couldn’t find a way to get the better of our rivals.
The players simply must prove a point to supporters with a result in March.
