Ange Postecoglou has named his Celtic team vs Blackburn Rovers in today’s lunchtime kick-off.
The full match squad is as follows:
Starting XI – Hart, Juranovic, Carter-Vickers, Welsh, Taylor, McGregor, O’Riley, Turnbull, Abada, Jota, Kyogo.
Substitutes – Bain, Siegrist, Oluwayemi, Jullien, McCarthy, Johnston, Ideguchi, Kenny, Bernabei, Urhoghide, Maeda, Lawal, Forrest, Ralston, Vata.

It’s set to be a fine afternoon inside Paradise as Jon Dahl Tomasson’s side cap off their week-long visit to Scotland with a test against the champions.
The Championship team are eagerly awaiting this one with the majority of their senior players rested on Wednesday night at Dens Park to feature this afternoon.
Tomasson’s outfit will be backed by around 1,500 travelling supporters, joining the thousands of Celtic supporters who can’t wait to see Postecoglou’s squad in the flesh for the first time this summer. It’s no surprise to see the manager pick one of his strong elevens as a result.

Instant verdict on Celtic team vs Blackburn Rovers
With Carl Starfelt still missing through injury and Reo Hatate picking up a training knock mid-week, this was about the eleven expected from the Celtic boss today.
There’s a solid argument this is actually the strongest team he could field with the players available, though Daizen Maeda and Anthony Ralston are great options from the bench.

We’ll await word from the manager on Giorgos Giakoumakis’ absence too.
Overall it’s an exciting team full of attacking intent and I can’t wait to see the group really bring the game to our visitors this afternoon.
That front three really looks like it could do some damage with the pace and skill it possesses.
The Bhoys are back home!
