Today’s a big match or the Bhoys. Having drawn against United last time on Tayside, it’s a test for the team today to put that to rest and come up with the three points.

A win will be enough to move back to the top of the table after Rangers’ victory at Ibrox yesterday.

Postecoglou has made three changes for the fixture with Liel Abada, Reo Hatate and Carl Starfelt coming in for Daizen Maeda, David Turnbull and Moritz Jenz. Notably, there is no Giorgos Giakoumakis on the bench, so we await news of what the issue is there.

Broadcast Details

Today’s match is being broadcast live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football in the UK & Ireland.

Those away from these shores can watch live as subscribers to Celtic TV.

The match is also on the SPFL world feed meaning lots of channels around the world are broadcasting the game. In Australia it’s on beIN Sports 2 while viewers in the USA can tune in to CBS Sports Network. In Japan, the match is live on subscription stream service SPOTV. A full list of global channels can be found via Live Soccer TV.

Audio commentary will be available on BBC Radio Scotland.

Instant reaction to Celtic team vs Dundee United

I wasn’t expecting as many as three changes today, but this is the start of the manager rotating the team through a heavy schedule over the next two months.

All of today’s starters have plenty of evidence behind them they can make a positive impact. It’s a big opportunity for Abada in particular, who has found minutes limited even when fully fit.

Hatate looked good off the bench against Hearts so there will be hope he can show his best stuff too after overcoming the injury issue sustained vs Aberdeen.

It’s a team full of threat and attacking talent. It should be enough to secure the win we need to go top.
