Manager Ange Postecoglou has named his Celtic team vs Kilmarnock for today’s Scottish League Cup semi-final at Hampden.

The full match squad is as follows:

Starting XI – Hart, Juranovic, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Bernabei, McGregor, Hatate, Mooy, Jota, Maeda, Kyogo.

Substitutes – Bain, Johnston, Jenz, Giakoumakis, Abada, Turnbull, Kobayashi, O’Riley, Forrest.

Today’s a big one with Celtic eager to reach the second final of Postecoglou’s reign so far and stay on track for a potential treble this season.

The manager has brought Josip Juranovic back into the fold after all the transfer rumours with Giorgos Giakoumakis also on the bench.

Otherwise, the eleven is unchanged from last week’s 2-0 victory over Killie at Celtic Park and you have to fancy us to get the job done again today.

Broadcast details

Today’s match is live on Viaplay Sports 1 – which is the replacement channel for Premier Sports after they were bought over by the Scandanavian broadcasters.

Celtic TV are also providing live coverage for subscribers outside of the UK & Ireland.

Many channels and services around the world are showing the game with beIN Sports 1 broadcasting in Australia and Paramount+ serving the game in the USA. A full list of global channels can be found via LiveSoccerTV.

BBC Radio Scotland will also have live audio commentary across their platforms.

Instant verdict on Celtic team vs Kilmarnock

I like today’s eleven. Some will be concerned about Juranovic’s presence given all the noise but Postecoglou has made it clear he isn’t concerned in the slightest about the Croatian’s attitude and application at Celtic recently.

Elsewhere, the manager has opted for the experience of Aaron Mooy over Matt O’Riley. The Australian has excellent experience in these big high-stakes matches and should be a credit to the team today.
