It was a beautiful Saturday at Hampden today.
Celtic have secured the league and Scottish Cup double with a 3-1 win over Dunfermline, giving the perfect ending to Martin O’Neill’s tenure.
It was yet another day of green and white glory in what has been a joyous victory lap since last weekend’s Scottish Premiership decider against Hearts.
The camera staff at the game were on fine form, so we picked out five of (simply) the best pictures.

Best Celtic pictures from Scottish Cup win vs Dunfermline
Martin O’Neill strolling about with the cup and a scarf

O’Neill was handed a scarf by a Celtic fan after the game, as the players went on their lap of honour after the final whistle.
Wearing it, he could be seen carrying the cup around, taking the well-deserved attention that he usually shirks. In this picture, he looks particularly nonchalant.
This picture should be the statue!
Daizen Maeda: The ultimate farewell

We rarely rush to mention the name of Henrik Larsson when talking about Celtic strikers…
But just like the King did 20 years ago, Daizen Maeda has enjoyed a stellar run of final games in a Celtic shirt, culminating in a decisive cup win at Hampden.
A modern Celtic legend.
The dream trio

It may feel like a one-man show on days like this, but by O’Neill’s side have been two men who are Celtic through and through.
Both given their seniors debuts as teenagers by O’Neill, Shaun Maloney and Mark Fotheringham are now both crucial parts of his backroom staff.
You can often hear their names from the stands!
The tearjerker

Neil Lennon has often cited O’Neill as the one man who has left the biggest impression on him as both a coach and as a player.
A perfect Hollywood-esque script saw him meet his mentor at Hampden today, and he embraced him with a “man hug” before the game.
Two Celtic legends.
Kelechi Iheanacho: Aura

Amid a stop-start beginning to his Celtic career, you couldn’t shake the feeling that was yet to have his finest hour…
Now he absolutely is, and he was once again the difference-maker from the bench. The footwork for his goal was sublime, and this is a stunning picture of his celebration.
Not bad for a man who was brought in through the back door…
