Gordon Dalziel says it’s ‘crazy’ what he is hearing about Brendan Rodgers before Celtic’s clash at Rangers

The Celtic away fans at Ibrox on Sunday are going to make sure they celebrate the club’s title party in front of the Rangers supporters.

After weeks and weeks of waiting, Celtic finally clinched the Premiership title when they thrashed Dundee United last time out.

It marks Celtic’s 55th Premiership crown and further emphasises why those in green and white colours are Scotland’s most successful club.

James McFadden responded: “Of course, they won’t be happy.” Before Derek Ferguson added: “Aye, I think. Aye. Of course they will. I mean, big Packie (Bonner) keeps mentioning it. ‘Oh, we need to beat Rangers’.”

Gordon Dalziel then asks: “Does that put a wee bit pressure on Rodgers, then?! It’s crazy, isn’t it, when you think about it.

“Is it your own self-pride, because he is looking at and thinking, ‘by the way, we have shipped a few goals against Rangers. Lost in our last two. I don’t want to lose it’.”
