Celtic were in party mode as they hammered St Johnstone, scoring five goals without reply.
Callum McGregor starred for the Hoops whilst a Daizen Maeda brace and Adam Idah strike had Brendan Rodgers’ side heading into half time with a 4-0 lead.
Their place in the Scottish Cup final was already assured but they added extra gloss to the performance as substitute Jota came off the bench to add a fifth.
For the much-loved winger, it’s looking like another season of success, and one that Jota cannot wait to be a part of.

Jota reacts to Celtic’s emphatic St Johnstone win
Rodgers named an unchanged XI from the side that beat Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership, meaning that Jota had to settle for a place on the bench.
He made an immediate impact though, tapping home Nicolas Kuhn’s exquisite cross from a tight angle and cap off a perfect sunny afternoon at Hampden Park.
Speaking to Celtic’s official social media channels after the game, Jota said: “There’s been millions of reasons why I wanted to come back to this club.
“To win titles is one of them but even just the happiness of playing games and enjoying every moment, I’ll always be grateful and mindful about it.”
