Celtic are ruling the roost and have been the dominant force in Scotland.
Brendan Rodgers’ side made it four-in-a-row as they were crowned Scottish Premiership champions.
It ended in dramatic fashion as James Forrest scored for the 16th season running and made it a moment to remember.
There has also been plenty of time to pile the agony on Celtic‘s rivals Rangers and the club have trolled the Ibrox side on social media too.
10-in-a-row still feels like a world away right now but if the stats are anything to go by, there’s only one team getting better.

The number of points Celtic have finished ahead of Rangers
In the last four years, Celtic have looked the better side in every department, on and off the pitch.
A clear plan, players who buy into the project, it’s all aligned for the Bhoys and that’s proved.
Since retaining the title from Rangers in 2022, the gap has gone from four points to 17 points this term.
| Season | Number of points Celtic have finished ahead of Rangers |
|---|---|
| 2021/22 | 4 |
| 2022/23 | 7 |
| 2023/24 | 8 |
| 2024/25 | 17 |
What Brendan Rodgers told Celtic supporters after trophy day
Supporters plan to party way into the night in Glasgow but for Rodgers, his attention now turns to the Scottish Cup final next week.
Addressing those inside Parkhead, he said: “It’s been an incredible season so far with one more title to go, but everyone has given everything on the pitch and off the pitch, and for that, we’re all champions today.
“This is what Celtic is about, I think the expectation that is put on us is because of their drive and ambition to be the very best, and that’s why we work every single day of our lives to make them proud, and hopefully they’re proud this season.”
