Celtic beat Falkirk in a big Scottish Premiership win that saw the Bhoys reclaim second spot in the table from Rangers.
Goals from Tomas Cvancara and Benjamin Nygren sealed the win as Celtic beat Falkirk to keep Martin O’Neill’s domestic unbeaten record intact.
Rangers drew at Hibs to drop two points at Easter Road and Celtic capitalised on that slip-up by taking care of John McGlynn’s side.
Tomas Cvancara is off the mark for Celtic!
How many goals will he score this season?
Reacting to the win, Martin O’Neill was over the moon as he talked up the Bhoys after the win closed the gap to Hearts to six points at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.

Martin O’Neill’s big Junior Adama hint after Falkirk Win
O’Neill was very pleased with the win as the Celtic boss praised his stars after a tough week of fixtures saw Europa League qualification and a draw against Hearts at Tynecastle.
And here, the Celtic boss delivers a big transfer update.
O’Neill told BBC Radio Scotland, “Yeah, we are. We’ve some medicals here at this minute, and hopefully everything’s fine, fingers crossed, that the players come through, and that we’ve got a couple and we’re maybe hoping to add, even at this very, very late on.”
When asked if one player was Junior Adama, O’Neill replied, “You would be pretty well close. That will give us a chance.
“I think there’s one or two, like every single club that has been in business, have done some business, have been thwarted with other things, and it’s exactly the same with us.
“But we’re staying there to the end, and let’s see what happens.”
Celtic’s next three important fixtures to keep pressure on Hearts
After the win against Falkirk, Celtic have three tough fixtures coming up over the next two weeks.
O’Neill takes his team to Aberdeen who will be looking to bounce back from a heavy 3-0 defeat to Kilmarnock at the weekend.

After that, it’s another home tie against Livingston who will be under the tutelage of new boss Marvin Bartley who takes over from David Martindale.
And then it’s a tricky away trip to Kilmarnock who are fighting for their lives at the bottom of the Scottish Premiership.
Celtic cannot afford to drop any points as they look to keep the pressure on Hearts for the final remaining 15 fixtures of the season.
