Hearts defender Frankie Kent has shared what he knows about Celtic ahead of this weekend’s clash.
It’s a tasty visit to Tynecastle for the Hoops on Sunday as we finally get back to action after a long international period.
Celtic were starting to pick up some momentum just prior to the break and will look to continue that against the Jambos.
Steven Naismith’s side are currently fourth in the Premiership after a recent upturn in form. Summer arrival Kent was in front of the media on Friday and sharing what he knows about the champions.

He told The Herald: “These are the games you want to be involved in, playing against the best teams and testing yourself. Last week was my first taste of the derby and now I’m moving on to another big game.
“Celtic are obviously doing well. They are a big team and a good club, they’ve got a load of good players. I’m looking forward to testing myself.
“[Naismith] hasn’t said too much. I know I’ve just got to stay as concentrated as I can. It’s going to be a tough game as they like to dominate the ball. It’s about staying alive and staying focused.
“They play a certain style of football and we probably haven’t come up against that this season as much – maybe in the European games. We’ve got to go in with confidence for our gameplan and try and stick to it as much as possible, go full steam ahead.”
Tynecastle is always one of those big away days we look forward to each season. Sunday will be no different. What a great way to get back into the action after the break.

We’ve actually won our last four visits to Gorgie. The most recent two were relatively straightforward 3-0 and 2-0 wins. The previous two were hard-fought single-goal victories while the one before that was a 2-1 loss right at the start of the Ange Postecoglou era.
Brendan Rodgers had an up-and-down record at Tynecastle during his first stint. We won his first ever league match there, and his first league title later that season. However, we also fell to 4-0 and 1-0 defeats among other results.
Let’s hope we can add a big win on Sunday.
