Celtic’s win over Hearts at Tynecastle in the Scottish Premiership passed without much controversy in the late Saturday night kick-off.
Brendan Rodgers will be delighted that Celtic left Tynecastle with all three points after goals from Kyogo Furuhashi, Nicolas Kuhn and Adam Idah helped the Hoops capitalise on Aberdeen and Rangers slipping up earlier in the day.
It took Celtic 45 minutes to warm up in Tynecastle and then another devastating 45 minutes the Bhoys dispatched Hearts in clinical style.
However, there were two moments in the game where the fourth official embarrassed himself in the Hearts tunnel and the Tynecastle crowd shamed themselves that Celtic supporters may have missed in the Scottish Premiership win in the capital.
Hearts fans disgrace themselves as Adam Idah celebrates Celtic goal at Tynecastle
It really was a game of two halves as Celtic beat Hearts in Tynecastle. But when Adam Idah smashed in Celtic’s third goal in the 78th minute to kill the game, the Edinburgh side’s supporters let themselves down once again.
Idah was clearly taking abuse from the Hearts fans prior to his goal which is why the Celtic striker gave a little back.
But throwing objects at the Republic of Ireland man is not on and hopefully, the capital club will look into the matter and catch the culprit responsible.

A casual meander up the Hearts tunnel was followed up by a quick turnaround as the fourth official delayed the restart for what felt like an age.
Thankfully, the result was all but decided by that time but this is a moment this SFA man is likely to want to forget in a hurry.
