Andy Walker expects Shane Duffy to probably make his debut for Celtic against Ross County, Sky Sports reports.
He also wouldn’t be shocked to see both Albian Ajeti and David Turnbull make their full-length Hoops debuts in Saturday afternoon’s trip to Dingwall.
“Just how close is Albian Ajeti to a starting slot for Celtic? He’s managed a couple of goals in his two substitute appearances and must be in Neil Lennon’s thoughts” Walker said, as quoted by Sky Sports.
“Probably make his debut”
“New loan signing Shane Duffy will probably make his debut while David Turnbull is threatening to play from the start too” the Sky Sports pundit concluded.
Walker is right about Duffy. You would imagine that he has been signed to be a big player for the Hoops that will make his debut right away.
Ajeti has been playing well in his substitute appearances. However, he is still getting himself fully fit. With Odsonne Edouard once more available, Neil Lennon has an interesting decision to make.

If he is playing two up-front, then both Ajeti and Edouard could start. That would certainly be an exciting forward line.
As for Turnbull, he has yet to make a Celtic appearance for the first-team yet. However, the time might not be right yet for a first start for the Hoops.
May find it hard to hold down first-team spot
He may find it harder than Ajeti and Duffy to get into the Hoops first-team, as Celtic have such a strong midfield. However, it would be good to see him involved at some stage against Ross County.

Perhaps an appearance off the bench when Celtic are in charge of the game makes most sense. It is certainly an interesting time at Celtic with all these new signings coming in at the same time.
It is also an exciting time. There is nothing better for fans than seeing new signings at a club. It is even better when they make a good start, like Ajeti has.
Hopefully Turnbull and Duffy’s Hoops careers can also get off to a good start against Ross County.
In other news, Neil Lennon has confirmed when Tom Rogic will return to the Celtic squad.
