Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou has shared in a press conference that Cameron Carter-Vickers will rejoin team training today after doing some work at Lennoxtown this week.
Carter-Vickers has been absent with injury for the Bhoys’ last three matches and has been a big miss in the heart of the defence.
67 Hail Hail were present at the manager’s media event today, and he revealed that Carter-Vickers is now coming back into contention, although a decision on his selection this weekend won’t be made until after training.
Aaron Mooy is also back in team training, while Liel Abada is again available for selection after missing the trip to Leipzig due to religious reasons.
Celtic face St Johnstone in Perth tomorrow, and with Callum McGregor a confirmed absentee, it is good news that a few players are coming back into things.
