Ange Postecoglou has responded to recent transfer speculation by stating there are no current offers for any members of his Celtic squad.
The Bhoys have already had a busy January transfer window, having signed Yuki Kobayashi and Alistair Johnston before the window has even opened.
And speculation has been suggesting we could see plenty of interest in several members of Postecoglou’s first-team squad.
After impressive showings at the World Cup, plenty of transfer interest is expected to arrive for full-back Josip Juranovic.
Recent reports have also suggested Celtic defender Stephen Welsh could be on the move, with clubs from England, Italy and France tracking his current situation.
Ahead of Celtic’s return to Parkhead against Livingston on Wednesday, Ange Postecoglou wasn’t interested in discussing potential transfer speculation.
The Hoops boss confirmed that the club have received no offers for any current members of the squad as he insisted he didn’t have time to deal with all the rumours which continue to arise.
He said [Celtic FC]: All of this speculation, what I can tell you right now, we don’t have an offer for any player.
“So people can talk about offers and club’s wanting, but I can’t spend my time chasing shadows of what is in the press every morning because I would be spending my whole day talking to players.
“As I keep saying to people, what I see is what is before me every day here at training. If there’s an issue or if players have things put in front of them about their future, I’m sure they will come and see me, and Michael (Nicholson) will speak to their representatives.
“But right now, there is nothing, zero, zip, nada, nothing going on.”

The January transfer window is always bound to be a busy period of the season and can, at times, be the most difficult to navigate.
That isn’t likely to be any different as we fastly approach the winter market next month, with plenty of speculation regarding ins and outs at Parkhead.
However, Ange Postecoglou isn’t interested in getting involved with rumours coming from the Scottish press, as he shut down any suggestion of offers for players.
Instead, the former Socceroos boss will be firmly focused on preparing his side for a run of some important league fixtures.
If anything arises regarding possible exits next month, then that will be dealt with by the Celtic manager and the club’s hierarchy.
