As fans, we always wonder how the dynamics of a Celtic dressing room work, don’t we? Well, I do. Because it’s fascinating how a team of different cultures can play so well together and look so fluid.
It seems that the players themselves do a brilliant job of welcoming in new signings to help them settle quickly into the club. And it’s left a huge impression on Ange Postecoglou.

Ange said [Scottish Sun], “I want to make sure we are still evolving as a football team. I’ve got brilliant staff to help me and keep moulding this team.
“But in terms of attitude and character, the way they embrace new players into this football club is outstanding.
“They welcome them as if they are welcoming them into their home.
“It’s just incredible to see guys coming from all over the world, and they feel like they are part of the family literally from the first day they arrive here.
“That is the environment and the culture they have created in there. They are a really close group in the right way.
“It doesn’t mean they all hang out together, because they are all at different stages of their lives — some are parents, some are single, some have different tastes and stuff.
“That’s like any family, you want them to be themselves and to express themselves.”

Ange Postecoglou has built this Celtic family
The Celtic manager was at pains to explain at the beginning of his reign that he was keen to sign not just the player, but the person.
Ange always spoke about driving a culture within this club and it seems that he has already accomplished that. The addition of the Japanese players has helped hugely in this and so has the leadership of Callum McGregor.
The Celtic captain gets what the club is all about. He is steeped in our history. He will undoubtedly play a huge part in building the family culture within that dressing room and you can see that in the performances out on the park.
In other news, Callum McGregor has his sights set firmly on Rangers this Saturday
